The goal is to have the few first integration tests as well as the infrastructure necessary to run them and implement new ones.

Acceptance criteria:

Use the testing framework to create the first integration tests (it can be a very simple one like: “input can start and stop)
Create the necessary mage targets (align with shipper/beats/agent)
Include it on CI/PR checks, etc.
