Add missing input cloudbeat in their V2 specification files

With the move to the V2 Architecture and the V2 format for the specification, Elastic Agent will now required an explicit list of all the supported inputs instead of supporting regular expression to match input to process.

Task is to modify the v2 specification file for cloudbeat to define all the supported inputs.

Yes.

Currently there are three supported input-types:

• cloudbeat (probably it will be deprecated until we will move to the V2 Architecture)
• cloudbeat/vanilla
• cloudbeat/eks
