Add Microsoft SQL Server Logo

Hi everybody, I'm from Beats team 🙂

We have just added a new module for Metricbeat of Microsoft SQL Server. We have just also added a Kibana Home Tutorial for it but it will need a logo, please 🙂

As you can see (down left) the poor cell looks sad and lonely with such awesome colorful icons around 😄

I guess this is the logo we should use:

EUI now supports custom SVGs in EuiIcon. You should be able to add this into Kibana now. We're gonna try not to add so many third party logos into EUI directly.
