Now that the ThreatConnect integration has been adopted by several users, and initial bugs ironed out, we've confirmed with ThreatConnect that they're happy to GA the integration.

Can we please move the integration to v1.0.0 and remove all tech preview/beta labels.

In addition, ThreatConnect will be the ones supporting the integration long-term, so can we please set the owner.type field to partner in the manifest.

Worth noting, the issue with the $$ symbols in keys still exists, however ThreatConnect can reissue any keys where they run into this issue. The agent team are working towards resolving this bug via elastic/kibana#188377
