ML jobs became space aware in 7.11 #77916, however calendars and filter lists which are linked to anomaly detection jobs are still not space aware.

Problems with calendars
The UI currently ensures a user can only see space restricted jobs or groups when creating a calendar and attaching it to jobs and groups.
Calendars which are attached to jobs which the user cannot see can still be deleted by the user. Similarly calendars attached to groups which contain jobs which the user cannot see can be deleted.

It is possible to mark a calendar to apply to all jobs. This will cause problems as the action happens in elasticsearch and so is not space aware. Marking a calendar applicable for all jobs will affect jobs the user does not have access to.
Should this feature be removed? or just come with a warning.

The ability to assign calendars and filter lists to spaces will be needed in the management app.
If a job moves space, the associated calendars and filer lists will also need to move.
If a job is removed from a space, associated calendars and jobs should not be removed from the same space.

Deleting calendars and filter lists should have the same space checks as job deletion. i.e. If they are attached to jobs which are in multiple spaces which the user does not have access to, the should not be available for deletion.
