[Maps] Add open-in-maps button to embeddable

Describe the feature:

The embeddable should be able to display an "open-in-maps" button. This can be either opt-in/opt-out for clients of the embeddable (ideally, default is "on").

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

A user who is looking at a map in SIEM, APM, ML, (and in the future Lens, Discover, ...) can easily
"bounce-out" and explore the data.

This will also provide a tight conceptual link between

• to how underlying data-views/index-patterns are reusable across all of Kibana
• how Maps inside a solution map to the concept of "solution layers" in Maps itself (e.g. bouncing from the pew-pew-map in SIEM to Maps is essentially opening up the 'solution layer' configuration

This should only be supported for Maps where all the data-sources can accomodate this. E.g. in-mem table or geojson sources cannot be "re-opened" in maps
