Kibana gives warning "System indices are critical for internal operations." when users try to delete .ds-* indices

Describe the bug:
Kibana gives warning "System indices are critical for internal operations." when users try to delete data streams (.ds-*) indices. Data streams indices are hidden indices not system indices so this error message should not pop up.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Stack management --> index management --> indices
2. Select one of the .ds-* indices and try to delete it

Expected behavior:
Kibana should not give this error message when users try to delete the data stream indicse
