[ML] Embeddable can be "brushed" in a dashboard

Describe the feature:
Would like to be able to brush a ML embeddable when it's on a dashboard to cross filter for anomalies.

Nice to have: integration with synchronized cursors that TSVB, Lens, XY support #106845 (this might be a separate issue)

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
When I have a dashboard displaying metrics from a variety of datasets
And I have a ML embeddable for anomalies on the same dashboard
I need to be able to brush the time series of anomalies
So I can cross filter other visualizations and gain additional insights

Note: you can work around this by including the .ml- anomaly data view in a lens visualization and cross filtering there. but you lose the lovely ML time series in this case.
