Add Logstash as non-Elastic Agent Integration

Similar to #109281 for ES language clients, I wanted to open up an issue for adding Logstash as an integration in the unified integrations view (#93084). To start, we could link out to documentation or a new (custom) add data tutorial with the appropriate categories. While I'd treat this as a nice to have for #111374, I think we should decide if we want to surface Logstash in this view and if so, what should we show?

Thanks Alex! Is someone on the stack team intending to drive/own this one since they own Logstash? I see it labeled as Fleet team, but I just want to make sure ownership is clear so we don't get stuck thinking someone else has the ball.

Ah yes, sorry, I used the same labels that we leveraged for the client libraries issue. I'll defer to the logstash team if this is something we can / want to prioritize.
