Describe the feature:

The elastic-keystore command-line tool has support for adding files to the keystore through the add-file command.
It would be very helpful to implement the same feature for kibana-keystore which at this time only supports the add command.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

This feature would make elastic-keystore and kibana-keystore consistent in functionality and offer simplified secret management in containerized scenarios.
