Track usage for deprecated array configs

The last line says:

Note that arrays of objects will be reported as [redacted] and cannot be explicitly marked as safe.

I spoke to @Bamieh and he mentioned it was possible to change this and there isn't a technical restriction around this, he specifically said:

i believe it is just a non-implemented feature rather than anything else. we can allow this if we allow specifying which fields are safe inside the Array
