[Fleet] Remove usage of deprecated Kibana APIs

• Index pattern -> data view rename and related deprecations
  • These deprecations are supposed to be fixed during 8.1
  • data.fieldFormats
    • Should switch to getting this from the new fieldFormats plugin rather than data plugin
