As a dashboard author, when I create a new Options List control, I would like a sensible data view to be selected by default.

Currently, the Options List creation flyout selects the cluster's default Data View, but if the dashboard already has some charts or controls with one or more data views, it would make more sense to choose the first option from that list instead of always using the default.
