We got a report from the dev-docs team about a missing ID in dev_docs/contributing/best_practices.mdx, which was previously pointing folks to the shared UX plugin. I removed the reference in 2dcc65d to unblock the docs build but I think someone from @elastic/shared-ux should add something back, probably a link to a sharedUxOverview or something similar to the operations overview at dev_docs/operations/operations_landing.mdx.
