[Cases] Send information on all types of attached data to external incidents #139373

When sending data from a case to an external incident, such as Jira or ServiceNow, user comments are currently being pushed. However little information is currently being sent for other types of data such as Lens visualizations, or embeddables such as the ML anomaly swim lane being added for 8.5.0 - see #138994.

So for example, in this case which contains a Lens and an ML swim lane:

The following information is shown through the Jira connector:

For Lens, the text is of limited value, and for the ML attachment there is no comment at all. At a minimum it would be nice if a comment was pushed containing the contents of the title used in the case comment e.g. Jeff added the Anomaly Swim Lane embeddable yesterday
