Bulk options for Data views API similar to Saved Objects API

Describe the feature:
It would be helpful to have bulk options for the Data views API similarly to the bulk options available for the Saved objects API.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
Programatically configuring Kibana without having to issue separate API calls for each data view. Across multiple spaces and clusters this can be operationally burdensome.

@bczifra Its an interesting proposal but I'm curious about the larger context. Are you performing actions on a lot of other saved objects?

Closing this because it's not planned to be resolved in the foreseeable future. It will be tracked in our Icebox and will be re-opened if our priorities change. Feel free to re-open if you think it should be melted sooner.
