Kibana version: 6.2.0 BC1

Elasticsearch version: 6.2.0 BC1

Server OS version: darwin_x86_64

Browser version: firefox latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior: The combobox for picking timefilter name is funky in firefox. There is an extra border and font is weird.

Maybe something with EUI? Can you look at the EUI side and their comboboxes on Firefox?
