[Observability] Settings view can not be changed anymore if previously configured dataview has been deleted #180936

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):
ESS

Describe the bug:
Observability Log source settings not changeable anymore after having deleted the configured dataview.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Configure the Observability -> Logs -> Settings Log sources to a dataview

  2. Delete that dataview from Stack Management -> Dataviews

  3. Try to change the settings again, no field can be filled:

Expected behavior:
The settings should allow to change the dataview to an existing one.

Any additional context:

I used a separate space for the above steps to re-create.

I did a test on 8.4.3, there it worked as expected. The settings page shows me the missing dataview id and allows me to change the dataview:
