[APM]Duplicate trace items

Describe the bug:
When looking at our apm page there are alot of trace items duplicated like AzureServiceBus Prepare But they are all the same trace and span id I thinks it should be 1 item

Steps to reproduce:

1. application with azure servicebus and apm agent
2. receive or send servicebus message
3. look at transaction view

Expected behavior:
1 Preparing entry
