Describe the bug:
When switching between conversations in the AI Assistant, a callout message about missing connectors incorrectly flashes.

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version:
v 8.14.0-SNAPSHOT 04/30/2024

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the AI Assistant and navigate to a conversations (i.e. "Welcome")
  2. Navigate to another conversation (i.e. "Alert Summary")
  3. Notice how an incorrect message about missing connectors flashes and then disappears.
