The link to the Single Metric Viewer in the Jobs List page should only be enabled for jobs with a detector that can be viewed in the Single Metric Viewer. Currently it seems to be enabled for all jobs, even if they have no detectors which can be viewed in the Single Metric Viewer e.g. categorization or high info content jobs.

This is a regression from the previous jobs list in 6.3, where the link was disabled as appropriate.
