[k7/Logstash] Remove unnecessary tabs and breadcrumbs #25912

when the k7design is active (at least) the tab navigation bar is redundant with the breadcrumbs and should be disabled
when viewing a pipeline the breadcrumbs should be simplified to only reflect the page hierarchy, "Management / Pipelines / Foo".
When cloning a pipeline the last tab breadcrumb should be "Clone pipeline" or similar, not the name of the pipeline being cloned
