[Maps] Support to embed maps created from the Maps application into Canvas workpads

This issue has been opened to track the ability to embed a map created from the Maps application into a dashboard and Canvas workpad. As time progresses, we can update the description with additional detail. As with any panel in a dashboard or element in a workpad, we should have full support for filters, etc.

This is a critical feature request! Would love to be able to add a map from the Maps application to a Dashboard in the same way I can add a Visualization to a Dashboard.

This is also related to another feature which is the Role for kibana_dashboard_only_user. Ideally I could limit certain users to only see the "data visualization features" That would be Dashboards, Maps, and Canvas

@anottrott this is being worked on the ability to embed a map into a dashboard will be available in an upcoming minor release #31137.

The ability to embed maps into a Canvas workpad is still outstanding.
