(Accessibility) Rollup Schedule fields not reading prefixes "Every", "At", etc #28297

Steps to reproduce (assumes ChromeVox or similar)

  1. Navigate to Rollup Jobs UI
  2. Click Create New Jobs
  3. Tab to any field the schedule section

Actual Result

  1. Screen reader reads label, reports it as a combo box, reads the hint BUT skips the "every", "on", or "at" text making it confusing for a screen reader user

Expected Result

  1. Screen reader should read "every", "on", or "at"
