Not the same but slightly similar to #19908

Customer would like the ability to specify custom legend in place of or compliment the data ranges in heatmap visualization, with configurable option to opt out of the actual data range display.

As an example w/ below chart, with the custom legend and/or inclusion of the data range:
eg.
0 - 180 Very Low or just Very Low
180 - 360 Low or just Low
