Kibana version:
Master

Browser version:
Chrome 75.0

Browser OS version:
Mojave 10.14.5 (18F132)

Describe the bug:
When generating a report via the Share option in the Discover menu, the link (to Management > Reporting) in the toast message returns an error.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Discover
  2. Save a search
  3. Share > Generate a CSV
  4. Click link in 2nd toast message

Expected behavior:
Go to Management > Reporting page and see finished report.

Found it while working on #37930 -- which will address this issue as well.

Just tried this locally on master and it works as expected.
