When adding a filter to an alert, the alert never fires.

Looks like there's something strange happening in the elasticsearch query:

kibana/x-pack/plugins/infra/server/lib/alerting/metric_threshold/metric_threshold_executor.ts

Line 162 in 9c07f66

...parsedFilterQuery,
. Feels like the parseFilterQuery should be a part of the filters arrays.
