Dashboard embed code for saved objects and snapshots are the same

Browser version: Repro'd in Firefox and Edge

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Repro'd in source and cloud

Describe the bug:
When generating Embed Code for a dashboard, the code generated for the saved object type is the same as the snapshot type (the one difference is that the URL in the saved object type includes the embed=true flag twice)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a dashboard and apply some filters and modify the custom time range
2. Go to Share->Embed Code and copy the code for Snapshot
3. Go to Share->Embed Code and copy the code for Saved Objects
4. Diff the two strings and they should be almost the same

Expected behavior:
Saved Objects embed code should not include the same state as the snapshot code
