Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):
Cloud

Describe the bug:
When sharing a dashboard with the top nav menu option, shared dashboard will contain "Create New" menu item. Clicking that button will lead to visualize, but with no editor controls and no top nav menu, thus making user basically stuck in Visualize:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a Dashboard
  2. Select Share > Embed Code > Snapshot
  3. Select "Top menu" option
  4. Go to the generated URL
  5. Click on "Create New" button in the top nav menu
  6. Select any visualization and index pattern
  7. Go to Visualize

Expected behavior:
"Create New" option probably shouldn't exist in the embedded mode.
