Kibana version:
7.8.0

Elasticsearch version:
7.8.0

Server OS version:
?? - Elasticsearch Service

Browser version:
Opera ver 2.4.3;
Firefox ver 27.0 (18428)
Safari 13.1

Browser OS version:
iOS 13.1 (iPad Pro)
Android 10 (Google Pixel 4)

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):
Elasticsearch Service

Describe the bug:
On the ML Anomaly Explorer page when using a mobile device, dragging your finger on the screen causes a selection box to appear. On all other pages dragging your finger causes the page to scroll.

In addition, on the iPad Pro, the navigation links at the top of the Anomaly Detection page do not work. Once visiting this page, I had to use my browser's back button to get to a different page, then refresh for navigation links to work again. This behavior may not have been exhibited on the Android device.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Access Kibana on a mobile device
  2. Navigate to ML Anomaly Detection page
  3. Use your finger to scroll around the page

Expected behavior:
Page scrolls as you drag finger

Actual Behavior
Selection box appears, no page scrolling occurs
