(Accessibility) Visualization/Lens - Duplicate IDs

Steps to reproduce

1. From Kibana Home Page, use the side navigation bar to navigate to the "Visualize" page
2. Click the "Create visualization" button
3. Click the "Go to Lens" button
4. Select a date range to display some data

Field elements in the sidebar all have the same ID

I believe this has been fixed. It's definitely fixed in 7.10, and potentially in 7.9, due to a redesign of the component that renders field items.
