[Security Solution] Cross Icon Postion is overlaid on doing text search in 'Timeline Template' Column for Create Rule

Preconditions

1. Elasticsearch and kibana should be up and running.
2. Audit beat Data Shipper should be installed and running.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Detection Tab of Security.
2. Click on "Manage detections rule".
3. Click on "Create new rule".
4. Click on "Timeline template" drop down under the define rule.
5. Write any data under the search field.
6. Observe that cross icon is overlaid on only favorite

Hi @MadameSheema

We have observed that Cross Icon is overlaid on doing text search in 'Timeline' under the comment section of Cases.

Precondition:
Case should be created under the cases tab.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Cases Tab of Security.
2. Select the created case.
3. Select the insert timeline link icon under the comment section.
4. Write any created Timeline under the search field of Timeline.
5. Observe that cross icon is overlaid on only favorite.

We have validated this ticket on 7.10.2 BC1 as well as 7.11.0 BC2 Cloud Builds and found that issue is now Fixed . Cross icon is not overlaid under custom query rule and cases tab
