Describe the bug:

Seeing this log line in kibana master:

[warning][plugins][securitySolution] Unable to verify endpoint policies in line with license change: failed to fetch package policies: missing authentication credentials for REST request [/.kibana_8.0.0/_search?size=100&from=0&rest_total_hits_as_int=true]: security_exception

Need to look into internal-user SO client used here
