[Security Solution] - Connector Enhancement - Severity-to-Priority Sync

Describe the feature:

When you add a action (Connector) to a detection rule and click on a connector like JIRA, that it will pull severity and post that severity to the corresponding JIRA Priority

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

Right now when I work on a rule like the following example that is "High" for the rule

And when moving to the action, it starts at "Highest," and I must manually make the change, but this could somehow be perform automatically (and if we determine want to adjust it, then we could mismatch if we deem reasonable to do so)
