Meta issue: #2211

Logstash ingest pipelines receive events from an Elastic Integration and enrich them to be sent to Elasticsearch. This work happens when a user adds the elastic_integration filter as the first filter in a logstash pipeline. The plugin settings will be covered in plugin documentation. This issue covers development of the conceptual and "how-to" information in the body of the Logstash Reference.
