Provide instructions for sending monitoring data to ESMS

We would like to have instructions (as simple as possible) for sending monitoring data to the Elastic Stack Monitoring Service (ESMS):

• Add Kibana and Elasticsearch instructions (using Metricbeat): [DOCS] Adds configuration information for ESMS #318

• Add Logstash instructions (using exporters)
