Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In review of elastic/kibana#106128 we noticed that in the case of mobile-sized screenshots, the UI tends to render the screenshots in a way that causes the overall height of the row to increase significantly.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should cap row height, while showing a scaled-down image.

shows the table in question with a poor layout of tall table rows
