Remove all mentioning about elastic.io from component.json and other needed places #10

@HannaTrotsenko why do we need it? A white-label partner can clone this repo and make all the modifications it in. Then he would use his own copy in his tenant.

Maybe we should just describe in documentation how it can be specified for each single customer
