Preconditions:
sailor-nodejs: commit/87c3d26306d568498a035a47f8e8645c18e9a64a
rabbitMQ version: 3.7 or later

TODO:
Run flows that will stress-test rabbitMQ
Assistance would be needed by @ElBabbler and @anton-kotenko
