For me it's unclear what this task is about.

Not live yet, but GetApiToken should be changed to action=query&meta=tokens and perhaps cached.

When will MW remove this method?

We should forward this warnings to a logger too, to give users of this lib an update hint.

Seems we have to split by newline, see:
