No exchange and production capacities for aggregated countries

Description

It seems like we are not aggregating the sub zones exchange and production capacities when we are creating the aggregated values. Even in cases where we have exchange capacities added to the aggregated exchanges they are not propagated.

Definition of done

We are aggregating exchange and production capacities and if not available falling back to the config value

Hmm that is strange, I'll see if I can dig into this a bit more this week and give you a status update. It's possible this is a backend issue and not something that can be fixed in the frontend.

This seems to be a backend issue, I'll remove the frontend label and raise an internal issue about it.
