Every once in a blue moon, this app's release script on Heroku fails. Usually it's because GitHub or npm is down. The Electron website has a Heroku release script that saves failures output to a gist and send the url to Slack. Let's borrow that technique and use it here: electron/electronjs.org-old#729

Ended up using Papertrail instead. See electron/electronjs.org-old#756
