ci: do not suppress stdout from Google Test binaries

Description of Change

It is optional now:

  -v {all,errors,silent}, --verbosity {all,errors,silent}
                        set verbosity level
  -q, --quiet           suppress stdout from test binaries
  -qq, --quiet-quiet    suppress stdout and stderr from test binaries
