docs: added fiddle support for code samples #26766

Backport of #26501 for 11-x-y.

We need to backport this because the "launch in Fiddle" protocol assumes that examples pointing to the docs are for the latest major version.

npm test passes
relevant documentation is changed or added
PR release notes describe the change in a way relevant to app developers, and are capitalized, punctuated, and past tense.
