I think that was my question during the Releases WG meeting yesterday, but I may have misunderstood the answer. It seems like we've only been looking at the most recent (aka alpha/beta board) lately, and not watching the current stable board? Maybe there's a process issue here. Will take the discussion offline to Slack, and this PR can be adjusted as needed (it can easily be tweaked to automatically close |

Automates the closing of the previous release project board after creating the new one so that they don't build up.
Also sets the
link-to-repositoryinput when creating the new release project board, since I forgot that previously.Checklist
