Support Maps with keys with non-basic types

Circe cannot auto-derive decoders for thrift maps for which the key is not a String or primitive type. Circe provides typeclasses to customize this behavior. It would be interesting to see if Kara can either let the user provide instances for these typeclasses or auto derive them some other way when possible.
