Steps to reproduce

This will sound entitled AF, but it's something that needs to be said. Not for the first time, there's been a Play Store release and no F-Droid release. This ends up clogging up the Play Store meaning a user can't search for updated apps. One Element app shouldn't be bringing a whole system to its knees. There's absolutely no reason to put out releases and not release on both platforms. I get there can be delays with F-Droid, but last time I saw a comment that said you'd just forego the F-Droid release and I uninstalled immediately, only for it to happen again. Either remove the F-Droid releases completely or take them seriously.

Outcome

Simultaneously releasing Play Store and F-Droid
