When navigating back from the RoomVC with an expanded header, the background of the navigation bar flashes using white color.

Note: this issue existed before the reskin refactoring.

I'm pretty sure this has to do with the navigation bar's transparency being changed. #2218 was also caused by this, and pulling in #2228 could affect this in some way, I think.
