Expose message history visibility as above, the 2 most common use cases
Visualise disabled & enabled 'Make room history visible from invite' state when 'Make full message history visible' is enabled
Don't concern users with history visibility when creating a room (related: FTUE: Improve Create Room Dialog #10761)
TBC: Confirm default settings when Creating a DM

How do you make a room peekable with this set of options? It's a bit confusing to have two toggles, and one is disabled.
