SAS verification error messages don't differentiate between the user interactively cancelling and a cancellation because of something in the verification process going wrong #11411

e.g. with a mismatch in the commitment hash (which was occurring because of a bug), you just see "The other party has cancelled". Easy to imagine the frustration of a user that is not pressing any cancellation button.

(Removing the community testing label since this requires artificially causing errors in a custom test environment)
